Can anybody think of a film where a naked girl gets murdered/killed?
And if you can think of one where you don’t see her face that would be even better.

I thought you were looking for a specific movie, The River’s Edge is a very good movie, and a girl gets killed and is shown naked and dead in the movie. Now if you want to watch a good movie, I recommend it, it has Dennis Hopper, Keanu Reeves and some other good actors.
If you just want to see a dead naked girl, then please get counseling.
