I Accepted A Photo Of A Girl Not Knowing She Was Naked, I Deleted It Thinking About Child Porn Shinanigans.?
Some girl randomly sent me a picture of her, my computer is gheto so it didnt show a thumbnail. I accepted it unkowingly and sure enough she was naked. At the time I was stoked, you know. Hot chick sends you pictures. But I deleted it cause I didnt want to get into trouble with the 5-0. Would I have been aloud to keep it. Cause, my buddies would be pumped to see it.

You don’t say how old she was. If she’s underage, delete it, empty your trash bin on your computer, wipe all trace of it from your hard drive so it’s impossible to get back (if you can get it back you’re still liable), and don’t open anything else that you think might contain stuff like that! Is it worth destroying your life over? Because if you kept it, that’s what you would be heading for. Opening an image is classed as ‘creating’ an image – so you could be charged with ‘creating child porn’. Ask yourself – is that something you want on your record – or your mind?
If she wasn’t underage, then no, you wouldn’t be in trouble although if this girl sent you the pic because she likes you and you randomly show it other people, I’m guessing she won’t be so keen on you after that…

You can be filed as a pedafile at a very young age for internet nudity. Espically if you send it to your friends.. Keep it to yourself, Send it to one of your buddies email, and there wil be a Huge problem.
