What’s the deal with the Mexican guys who stand on the sidewalk along the strip and pass out those cards with the naked girls (the cards with the picture, the girl’s name, and a price i.e. “Cinnamon $50!”). Are those girls prostitutes? If yes, they don’t really cost $50, do they?
Anyone have any stories or know what the deal is with these girls?
